BASIC INFORMATION
LPG is transported and stored in liquid form. Its volume in the gas phase is approximately 300 times larger than in the liquid state making phase conversion necessary before reaching the end-use point. Vaporizers, which function as heat exchangers, are classified into several types based on how they obtain the required energy, manufactured by ALGAS-SDI.

FEATURES OF DIRECT-FIRED TYPE VAPORIZERS
The energy required for evaporation is provided directly. Liquid-phase LPG is converted into gas phase by direct flame contact with the containment surface, without using a heat exchanger.
Efficiency is maximized due to the absence of a heat exchanger.
More cost-effective operation compared to other types of vaporizers.
Easy to install and occupies minimal space. Approximately 1.5 m² is sufficient.
Offers design flexibility.
Equipped with a liquid level shut-off switch.
There is no ignition residues, dust, or waste. Provides the cleanest vaporization method.
Quickly responds to capacity changes.
Highly resistant to indoor and outdoor conditions, including harsh weather.
Manufactured in two different capacities: 80 kg/h and 160 kg/h.
Does not require electricity.
Can operate at low temperatures.
