Water Type Gas Fired Vaporizers

APPLICATION AREAS

• Used to convert LPG from liquid to gaseous phase.

BASIC INFORMATION

• LPG is transported and stored in liquid form. In its gaseous phase, its volume is approximately 300 times that it is in its liquid phase. Therefore, a phase conversion is needed before the final point of use. Vaporizers manufactured by ALGAS-SDI, which operate in the way of heat exchangers are classified in several sections depending on their method of energy procurement.

Types:
• Electrical Vaporizers
• Direct Fired Vaporizers
• Water Type Gas Fired Vaporizers
• Vaporizers with Indirect Heating

The American company ALGAS-SDI is a global leader in its specialty. It was formed in 1999 from a merger between the companies ALGAS and Sam Dick Industries which had operated in this field for a long time. Some of ALGAS-SDI’s products which are offered in a wide range catering to various needs have been applied in our country in various facilities including those of Toyota-SA, Arçelik, Assan, Tofaş, Türk Elektrik Endüstrisi, Mako, Uzel, Çanakkale Seramik, Eczacıbaşı Seramik, Toprak Seramik, Yurtbay Seramik, Anatolia Seramik, Zimaş, Sunteks, Bosch, İzocam, Paşabahçe (Şişe Cam) etc..

PROPERTIES OF WATER TYPE GAS FIRED VAPORIZERS

• The energy required for vaporization is supplied from hot water. The burning and exchanger system that will supply the hot water is installed on the vaporizer as a compact unit.
• Comes in horizontal or vertical options depending on capacity.
• Thanks to Hydroplate TM patented heat exchangers, dry gas is supplied containing no liquid droplets are supplied to the system.
• Can operate at temperatures as low as -40 °C.
• Minimum boiler room/vaporizator room area is required due to the compact design of the vaporizer and the water heater.
• The display shows warning indicators for flame error, high LPG level warning, low LPG level warning, high gas temperature, high gas pressure, and low gas pressure.
• Is equipped with an automatic safety shut-off valve against the risk of a rise in LPG level.
• Can be easily mounted.
• Has flexibility of design.
• Is equipped with a liquid level shut-off switch.
• Has a wide product range with capacities between 614 kg/h and 28,800 kg/h.
