APPLICATION AREAS

Used to convert LPG from liquid to gas phase.

BASIC INFORMATION

LPG is transported and stored in liquid form. Its volume in the gas phase is approximately 300 times larger than in the liquid state, making phase conversion necessary before reaching the end-use point. Vaporizers, which function as heat exchangers, are classified into several types based on how they obtain the required energy, manufactured by ALGAS-SDI.

FEATURES OF ELECTRIC VAPORIZERS

The energy required for vaporization is supplied by electricity.
They are easy to install and occupy minimal space.
Their flexible design allows for versatile applications.

Manufactured as ex-proof, they can be installed within the tank area without requiring a separate vaporizer room.
Since dry vaporization occurs, there is no risk of corrosion from water. Additionally, as the heating elements do not come into contact with LPG. Their lifespan is not limited.
Equipped with a liquid level shut-off switch.
They provide the cleanest vaporization process with no ignition, dust, or waste.
A wide range of products is available with capacities ranging from 25 kg/h to 1,920 kg/h.
They can transition from a cold start to full capacity in less than 60 seconds.
Efficiency exceeds 98%
they are protected against overheating.
There is no minimum usage limit.
