Master Flash is a product used to ensure a seal in circular roof penetrations, resembling the gear boots of automobiles in shape. It starts with a small cross-section, only large enough to allow a 3mm cable to pass through, and can expand to accommodate larger diameters up to 660mm for chimneys, pipes, and other similar installations. Products made from EPDM can withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to +135°C, depending on the temperature they are exposed to, while those made from silicone can handle extreme conditions from -74°C to +260°C. Thanks to its flexible base structure and three different models—standard, flanged, and skirted—Master Flash easily adapts to any surface shape and roof slope, addressing a wide range of needs.
