Heating Principle
Ceramic Plate Radiant Heaters heat with the same principle as the sun. The ideal air/gas mixture obtained in the chamber to the rear of the unit is burned on the ceramic surface, in front of tiny holes. The ceramic plate which heats up (to approximately 900 °C) as a result of the burning begins to radiate heat, which is directed downwards in a certain range by reflectors. The rays which are directed without being affected by the air convert to heat energy the moment they strike objects (people, machinery, floor, etc.), and in this way, objects are heated before the air.
