Features

Optimumheat has a 7-day programming feature that allows splitting each day into up to 6 working intervals. This eliminates the need to assign someone to turn the system on and off and also helps prevent energy losses caused by systems starting too early or running too late, resulting in additional savings. (For an 8-hour shift schedule, starting the systems just 15 minutes earlier and shutting them down 15 minutes later can cause an average 6% increase in fuel costs.)

Unauthorized interference with the heating system and changes to the temperature set points can lead to significant increases in energy consumption. Optimumheat Control Panels have 2 different Security Code Entries, preventing unauthorized access to the systems by anyone other than the Supervisor and User.

Optimumheat allows setting temperature values for non-working hours. By maintaining a specific temperature (e.g., 12°C), the system can reach the desired room temperature more quickly during the next working shift, resulting in up to 10% additional savings on operating costs.

Optimumheat Smart Computer Program

The OPH Smart control panel uses the RTM BUS special protocol with RS485 network connectivity. It is MODBUS-compatible, and its general features can be used in this protocol and integrated into SCADA systems. In places where Ethernet networks are used, it can be integrated into the system using an RS485-Ethernet converter. In places without a SCADA system, control can be performed from a central computer by establishing an RS 485 network connection between the panels and the control room. By installing the Optimum Heat Plus software on the computer, functions such as turning devices on and off, weekly programming, adjusting and monitoring temperature set points, and viewing fault information can be performed from a central computer. Using the meter feature in the panel, the gas consumption of devices can be calculated and reported.
