Burners

Co-Ray-Vac burners are equipped with pre-mix combustion systems. This system facilitates clean and high efficiency combustion. Even heat distribution and comfortable heating can be achieved with burners placed one after another on the same radiant line.

Heating Principle

The gas that is burned by the burner that is at one end is pulled by the vacuum fan at the other end of the system, causing it to travel within the tube and be expelled at the point where it cools down. Thus, the gas which travels inside the radiant tube transfers its heat to the pipe. The external surface temperature of the radiant tube reaches approximately 300 °C. The radiation which begins to issue from the tube is directed downwards by means of the reflector above the tube. The rays which are directed without being affected by the air convert to heat energy the moment they strike objects (people, machinery, floor, etc.), and in this way, heating begins.

Advantages

• Excellent Combustion
• High Efficiency up to 93%
• Flexible Design
• Even Heat Distribution, High Comfort Level
• Minimum Exhaust Output
• 30-50% more energy efficient than Hot Air blower systems.
• They have exceedingly low maintenance costs.
• They consume scarcely any electricity.
• They enable comfortable heating in a very short period of time.
• They are easily and quickly installed.
• They operate dust- and noise free without causing air movement.
• They can be applied on a lot of varied constructions.
• They do not take up space; nor do they require a boiler room or personnel to operate.

• There is no need to build a flue, and they are environmentally friendly.
• They have low investment costs.
