Working Principle

Ceramic Plate Radiant Heaters operate on the same principle as the sun. The ideal air/gas mixture is created in the chamber at the back of the device and burned on the ceramic surface in front of small perforations. As a result of combustion, the ceramic plate heats up to approximately 900°C, emitting radiant energy. This radiation is directed downward in a specific range by reflectors. The rays, unaffected by air movement, convert into heat energy upon striking objects such as people, machines, or the floor. This process ensures that objects are heated first, rather than the air.

Advantages

Instant Heating: The devices reach full operating mode within 3-5 minutes after being turned on.

Ideal Local and Spot Heating: Due to their high surface temperature, heating can be focused only on desired areas for localized (regional) and spot (specific point) heating.

Low Operating Costs: Depending on the application and compared to other heating systems, they provide 30-70% energy savings.

Compatible with Natural Gas or LPG: Can be converted to different gas types by changing the nozzle and gas valve components.

Long Lifespan: Operates reliably for many years without requiring a special maintenance program.
