Working Principle

Burners

Co-Ray-Vac burners utilize a premix combustion system, ensuring clean and highly efficient burning. By positioning burners consecutively along the same radiant line, uniform heat distribution and comfortable heating are achieved.

Heating Principle

The gas ignited by the burner at the beginning of the system is drawn through the tube by the vacuum fan located at the end, circulating within the tube before being expelled at the cooling point. As the gas moves through the radiant tube, it transfers its heat to the tube itself. The outer surface temperature of the radiant tube reaches an average of 300°C. The radiation emitted from the tube is directed downward by the reflector positioned above it. The rays, unaffected by air movement, convert into heat energy upon striking objects such as machinery, people, or the floor, initiating the heating process.
