Our country is experiencing one of the coldest winters in recent years. Due to the cold winter days and increasing energy costs, businesses have turned to more economical systems that will reduce energy consumption caused by heating through efficiency.
Stating that energy consumption for heating purposes in businesses constitutes more than 40 percent of total consumption, Çukurova Heat Marketing Manager Osman ÜNLÜ explained that due to the increasing energy costs in recent years, businesses have turned to natural gas radiant heaters and infrared heaters, known as more economical heating methods.
Stating that infrared heaters and natural gas radiant heaters, which offer users the advantage of easy installation, are in high demand due to the savings they provide both in the initial investment and in the business, ÜNLÜ warned businesses to choose the right radiant heaters that will save on heating costs:
High performance
“The investment cost of infrared heaters is much lower than natural gas heaters; however, since natural gas unit costs are lower than electricity unit costs in Turkey, natural gas devices can be more advantageous than electric devices in the long term. Of course, this situation may vary depending on the architectural structure of the place where it will be used and the seating arrangement if the business is a cafe-restaurant. Therefore, both systems may have advantages and disadvantages compared to each other. However, as Çukurova Isı, we are assertive that our GOLDSUN brand infrared heaters and natural gas radiant heaters are much more economical and highly efficient than their equivalents on the market. We ensure that our customers can obtain the same heating much cheaper with lower capacity heaters. For example, when we compare our 11 kW GOLDSUN ceramic plate devices with an 18 kW device from a different brand, the thermal camera results show that the performance of our 11 kW Goldsun heater is higher than the 18 kW heater. This directly affects users’ natural gas bills. Therefore, the efficiency and heating ability of the device are more important than its capacity.
40 percent more efficient
Similarly, not every infrared heater on the market works with the same efficiency. Goldsun infrared heaters have been developed with a unique design and hardware features.
