Çukurova Isı, the pioneer and leader of the radiant heating sector in Turkey, has signed a License Agreement for the production of Blackheat brand products of the American Robert Gordon company, which has been the distributor of Turkey and neighboring countries for over 30 years.
With the start of the use of natural gas in our country in the late 1980s, many new technologies had started to enter our country, especially in the natural gas sector in terms of heating. During this period, Çukurova Isı had entered the natural gas sector by signing a distributorship agreement with the American Roberts Gordon company, a world leader in its field, for Turkey and neighboring countries at the beginning of 1991. The introduction of radiant systems, a new technology in the heating of large and wide-volume areas that are difficult to heat in our country, by Çukurova Isı meant a new era in the sector.
With its meticulous and careful studies over a period of more than 30 years, Çukurova Isı, which has made efforts to spread this environmentally friendly technology, which is new to our country, throughout our country in a way that does not harm human health and safety, has continued its leadership in radiant heating systems with agreements it has made with other international companies, which are also world brands in their fields, over the years.
Çukurova Isı, which is currently the leader of our country’s radiant heating sector, has now signed a license agreement with Roberts Gordon and has become the production base for the production of the company’s Blackheat brand CE marked products. With this initiative, Çukurova Isı’s Blackheat imports have been completely cut off and production has started in Turkey. The first products are now on the market as of September 20, 2021.
The products that Çukurova Isı will manufacture under the Blackheat brand will be sold by Çukurova Isı not only in the Turkish market, but also in all surrounding countries that Roberts Gordon addresses, especially in the European Union countries and the UK. Therefore, while imports will be cut on the one hand, a contribution will be made to our country’s exports on the other. In this context, the short-term goal is to double production, sales figures and therefore turnover in 2023.
May it be auspicious and lucky for our country.
