Çukurova Isı, which has a 65 percent market share in the radiant heating market, continues to expand its market share.
Çukurova Heating Marketing Manager Osman Ünlü said, “Despite global uncertainties, cost pressures stemming from inflation, interest rates, and fluctuating exchange rates, we managed to complete the first quarter of the year with a successful financial performance. Our turnover grew by 15 percent compared to the same period last year.”
Çukurova Isı, a well-established heating company, maintains its leadership position with sustainable growth strategies and innovation-focused solutions. With a 65% market share in the radiant heating market, the company continues to expand its market share even in a period of intense competition and pressure on profitability.
“Our turnover grew by 15 percent compared to the same period last year.”
Evaluating Çukurova Isı’s performance in the first quarter of 2025, Çukurova Isı Marketing Manager Osman Ünlü said, “Despite global uncertainties, inflation-related cost pressures, interest rates, and fluctuating exchange rates, we managed to complete the first quarter of the year with a successful financial performance. Our turnover grew by 15 percent compared to the same period last year. Orders received also increased by 12 percent compared to the same period the previous year. Our technology and brand investments, strong R&D, innovative solutions, customer-focused service approach, and high brand awareness play a significant role in this successful first-quarter financial performance. Going forward, we will continue to closely monitor changing consumer expectations, guide our R&D by considering market dynamics, invest in our brand, and thus ensure sustainable growth.”
In her speech, Osman Ünlü also emphasized that international sanctions imposed by the European Union’s Green Deal and Border Carbon Adjustment mechanism have increased demand for the radiant and electric heating market and, consequently, for Çukurova Isı products:
Switching to low-emission technologies in industry is a ‘commercial imperative’
The European Union’s Green Deal, launched with the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, and the Border Carbon Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) implemented within this framework, are forcing transformation across all sectors, particularly industry. For manufacturers, particularly in countries with strong trade relations with the EU, switching to low-emission technologies has become not only an environmental responsibility but also a commercial imperative. These developments have rapidly increased interest in radiant heating systems, which minimize energy consumption and carbon emissions. Because the amount spent in industry in Turkey Nearly 50 percent of energy is consumed by inefficient heating and cooling systems. The operating principle of central hot air systems, particularly those we call traditional systems, is inadequate when it comes to energy savings and carbon emissions. Therefore, industrialists are renovating traditional heating systems and turning to energy-efficient radiant heaters.
70 percent more economical
“At Çukurova Isı, we support the green transformation of industrial facilities by providing 70% more energy savings and lower emissions than traditional heating systems with our Goldsun CPH ceramic plate radiant heater, developed in accordance with the European Commission’s Ecodesign Directive (ErP). Furthermore, as part of this green transformation, we are investing in solar power plants and offering efficient solutions with our high-tech electric heater product lines to industrial facilities that rely on solar energy.”
