Continuing to adopt environmentally friendly technologies in order to leave a more livable country for future generations contributes to our country&#8217;s future. <\/p><p><br>In this context, \u00c7ukurova Is\u0131 R&amp;D department was established with the aim of designing, testing, prototyping and producing the most efficient devices on the market in terms of environmental sensitivity and sustainability.<\/p><p>Accordingly, it has the equipment to ensure the production of radiant heaters with the quality and efficiency required by the European Gas Appliances Regulation (GAR) in accordance with ErP-Ecodesign norms.<\/p><p>Our laboratory, where combustion, electrical, chimney and safety tests can be carried out, also has a Radiometer that can measure radiant efficiency and is approved by the Berlin Institute of Technology (PTB) and can measure in accordance with EN419 and EN416 standards, designed and approved by the European Association of Leading Radiant Heater Manufacturers (ELVHIS).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section throughout its life cycle.<\/p><p><strong>In Tubular Radiant Heaters;<\/strong><\/p><p>The combustion efficiency value of the tubular radiant heaters launched in our company is 91%, the radiant efficiency value is 64%, the seasonal efficiency value is 81% and the Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) value is 73 mg\/kWh.<\/p><p><strong>In Ceramic Radiant Heaters;<\/strong><\/p><p>The combustion efficiency value of ceramic radiant heaters launched in our company is 93%, radiant efficiency value is 74%, seasonal efficiency value is 92% and Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) value is 26 mg\/kWh.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Purpose:<\/strong> To make an efficiency comparison and fuel saving calculation between our Goldsun CC brand products that we produce and the next best-selling competitor product in the market.<\/p><p><strong>Method 2:<\/strong> Our Goldsun CC 7\/11 brand and model product and the rival product will be measured with the Elvhis Radiometer to reveal the radiant efficiencies of both products and calculate how much energy they consume per kW. In addition, the kW\/m2 measurements obtained from the measurements will be converted into temperature increase dT graphs and the perceived temperature increase visual of the devices will be produced. <\/p><p><strong>3. Measurement Results:<\/strong><br><strong>a. Goldsun CC 7\/11: <\/strong><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cukurovaisi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/arge-tablo-1-1.svg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13387\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cukurovaisi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/arge-tablo-1-1.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"51\"><\/a><\/p><p>At a 2-meter distance, the perceived temperature increase (\u0394T) created by the heater in the environment is illustrated in the graph below.
