Roof Flashings

Master Flash is a product used for sealing in circular ceiling passes, whose shape resembles shifter boots of automobiles, and starts from a small enough cross-section to allow a 3 mm cable to pass through and expands to a cross-section that will allow a 660 mm diameter flue, pipe etc. to pass through. Products manufactured of EPDM are used at temperatures between -55°C and +135°C, while products manufactured of silicone are used for applications at temperatures between -74°C and +260°C, with respect to the temperature to which they may be exposed. Thanks to special accordion design and bendable base, and 3 different models which are called standard, retrofit, and flashing, this product easily conforms to all surface shapes and roof pitches, meeting a wide variety of requirements.

Areas of Use

• Heating/cooling vents and outlet equipment
• Electrical cable inlet points
• Solar energy collector pipes
• TV antennae
• Pipes and poles which pass through floors
• Lightning Rods
• Grain conveyors
• For the prevention of the ingress of insects through the sides of pipes

Advantages

• Thanks to special accordion design and bendable base, it easily conforms to all surface shapes and roof pitches.
• Models manufactured of standard EPDM material can be used under extreme conditions from -74°C to +260°C.
• Master Flash is a permanent sealing element which also prevents the egress of gas or of leakages and odors from liquid environments.
• The base of Master Flash is manufactured of long lasting and corrosion resistant aluminum alloy which allows the base to be flexible.
• With silicone solution and bolts, the fully flexible base can be mounted on and ensure a perfect seal on almost any type of surface.
• Master Flash can be applied to any diameter of output element since it comes in 11 sizes ranging between 3 mm and 660 mm.
• Manufactured of Silicone or EPDM material, Master Flash is manufactured with the best resistance to ozone and to ultraviolet radiation.
